1. Acceptance
By accessing or using sustcred.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About us
SustCred is a renewable energy advisory and investment platform operating in India. References to "SustCred", "we", "us", and "our" mean SustCred and, where the context requires, its affiliates.
3. The website is for information only
Everything on this site is published for general information. It is not advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or refrain from taking any action. Nothing on this site creates an adviser-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and SustCred. If you need advice, engage us formally or consult your own advisers.
4. No offer of securities or fund units
SustCred Trust is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, managed by SustCred Fund Managers.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, units in any fund managed or advised by SustCred. Units in a SustCred fund are offered only by private placement, only to investors who are eligible under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, and only on the basis of that fund's Private Placement Memorandum and the definitive transaction documents. Those documents contain the fund's investment strategy, fee structure, risk factors, and conflicts of interest, and they prevail over anything stated on this site.
The minimum commitment prescribed under the SEBI AIF Regulations applies to any investment in the fund.
Registration with SEBI does not imply that SEBI has approved or endorsed the fund, guaranteed its performance, or verified the accuracy of any statement made about it.
Investment in alternative investment funds carries a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Returns are not guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
This website is not directed at, and its contents should not be relied upon by, any person in a jurisdiction where publishing or accessing it would be contrary to local law.
5. Live Opportunities
Summaries published on our Live Opportunities page are indicative and deliberately anonymised. They are not offers, and they are not an invitation to treat. Asset identities, sponsor details, and financial information are released only to qualified counterparties on execution of a non-disclosure agreement, and only after a qualification process. Where SustCred acts as adviser on a transaction, it acts for the seller, not for you. You should conduct your own due diligence and take your own advice before acting on any information we release.
6. No investment, legal, or tax advice
We are not acting as your investment adviser, legal adviser, or tax adviser through this website. Information published here does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, or needs.
